You will have a common cook competent to prepare the healthy food that you wish to eat, using fresh vegetables from kitchen garden. The house keeping team will maintain your home neat & clean and the care taker will look into your necessities from time to time.

Japam Resort will have a common prayer hall where you can gather together for your spiritual wants.

The villas will be built in 5 cents plots and the built area of the house will be 1000SFT, which will cost you only 29 Lakhs including land price, taking into consideration the early bird incentive. Interested persons may register their plots by paying the nominal fees of 1lac.
